Leo plants a tiny seed and learns to wait with love. Soon, a tiny sprout grows into a beautiful yellow flower.

Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Leo. One sunny morning, Leo found a tiny, brown seed. He tucked it into a soft pot of dirt. Grow, little seed, he whispered. Every morning, Leo used his small blue watering can to give the seed a drink. Splash, splash, splash. He looked very closely at the dirt. But nothing happened.

The next day, he watered it again. Still, the dirt was just brown. Is it sleeping? Leo asked his mama. Mama smiled and said, It is growing slowly, Leo. We must be patient and wait. So Leo waited.

He sang songs to the dirt. He kept it in the warm sun. One morning, he saw something tiny and green. A little leaf! Leo clapped his hands. He kept watering it every day. The green leaf grew taller and taller. Then, a little round bud appeared. One morning, the sun woke up, and so did Leo. He ran to his plant. The bud had opened into a bright, yellow flower! It was soft and pretty. Leo was so happy. He learned that with a little water and a lot of waiting, something beautiful can grow.
