Momo and the Shiny Star Fruit
Momo the monkey learns that telling the truth makes him feel happy and keeps his friends smiling.

Once upon a time, in a sunny jungle, lived a little monkey named Momo. Momo loved to play with his friends and swing on long, green vines. One day, the animals found a special, shiny star fruit. "We will share this at sunset," said Leo the Lion. But Momo was very curious and very hungry. While the others were napping, Momo took a tiny bite.

Then another. Soon, the star fruit was all gone! When the animals woke up, they were sad to see the fruit missing. Leo asked, "Momo, did you eat the fruit? " Momo felt a flutter in his tummy. "No," he lied.

"I did not see it. " All day, Momo felt heavy and sad. He did not want to swing or play. He realized that the lie was making him feel bad. Momo went to Leo and said, "I am sorry. I ate the fruit. I should have waited. " Leo smiled and gave Momo a big hug. "Thank you for being honest, Momo," Leo said. "We are glad you told the truth. " Momo felt as light as a feather. He learned that telling the truth is the best way to be a good friend, and his friends knew they could always trust him.
